Plaintiff, Donna F. Keith, brings this action pursuant to the Social Security Act (the Act), 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), to obtain judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner. The Commissioner denied plaintiff's application for Title XVI supplemental security income (SSI) disability benefits under the Act.
