("Syncora") alleges that EMC Mortgage Corporation ("EMC") breached its representations and warranties made to induce insurance provided by Syncora for a securitization transaction (the "Transaction") involving 9,871 Home Equity Line of Credit ("HELOC") residential mortgage loans.
