Plaintiff, Ify1 Lee, filed this action alleging employment discrimination against Defendant, Timothy F. Geithner, Secretary of the Treasury of the Internal Revenue Service ("IRS") in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Civil Rights Act of 1991. 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.; 42 U.S.C. § 1981.
