INTRODUCTION

This is a case about the "little engines that couldn't." Plaintiff Sylvania Township purchased fire engine trucks from Defendant Kovatch Mobile Equipment. Plaintiff alleges these engines are broken, and now seeks relief in a three-count Complaint (Doc. 1-1). Count I asserts a violation of Ohio's "Lemon Law," as codified in R.C. § 1345.71-77.
