Before the Court are Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment (Rec. Doc. 60), Plaintiffs' opposition to same (Rec. Doc. 61), and Defendants' reply (Rec. Doc. 64). The motion is set for submission on June 6, 2012, on supporting memoranda and without oral argument.
