Plaintiff initiated the present suit on May 31, 2011. (ECF 1.) Since that time, plaintiff has repeatedly failed to observe the rules of this court. As a result, this case presents the rare instance where dismissal for failure to prosecute under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure ("Rule") 41(b) is appropriate. For the reasons set forth below, this case is DISMISSED.
