Mary Varhola ("Plaintiff") seeks judicial review of the final decision of Michael J. Astrue ("Defendant"), Commissioner of the Social Security Administration ("SSA"), denying her application for Disability Income Benefits ("DIB"). ECF Dkt. #1.
