Defendant Tessera, Inc. moves to dismiss and to strike the claims brought against it by Plaintiff Powertech Technology, Inc. (PTI). PTI opposes the motion. Having considered the papers filed by the parties and their oral arguments at the hearing, the Court DENIES Tessera's motion.
