While working as a server at a Golden Nugget Pancake House, plaintiff Deann Henry alleges that she was sexually harassed. After she complained, she was fired. Ms. Henry has now brought a sexual harassment and retaliation action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 19651 against all six Golden Nugget Pancake Houses, including the restaurant...
