Pending before the Court is defendant Learjet, Inc.'s, motion to strike the opinions of Stanley J. Dapkunas (Dapkunas) (Doc. 148). Defendant believes Dapkunas' purported opinions fail to meet the requirements for admissibility under FED. R. EVID. 702 and Daubert v. Merrell Dow Pharms.,
