Barbara Davids ("Ms. Davids" or "the Plaintiff") commenced this products liability action against Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation ("Novartis", "NPC", or "the Defendant"), alleging that the Novartis drug Zometa caused her to develop a condition referred to as bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaw.
