Pro se plaintiff Jeffrey Forter is an inmate at the Oregon Department of Corrections ("DOC") and a practicing member of the Christian Identity Faith. Christian Identity is a Christianity-based religion based largely on the supremacy of Caucasians — specifically Northern Europeans. While it is ostensibly peaceful, many of its central tenets are conspicuously racist and anti-Semitic, and some of its followers...
