Plaintiff Zane Hardin ("Plaintiff") has been an employee of Defendant Wal-Mart ("Defendant") for several years. Plaintiff alleges he has been mistreated in a variety of ways by Defendant's supervisors including Defendant Gregory Cox ("Cox").
