This matter is before the Court for sentencing.

At the conclusion of a jury trial, defendants Kenneth Bowen, Robert Gisevius, Robert Faulcon, Anthony Villavaso, and Arthur Kaufman were found guilty, on August 5, 2011, of multiple counts of a 25-count redacted indictment.1 Specifically, Kenneth Bowen was found guilty of Counts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6...
