The claimant Carolyn M. White requests judicial review of the Social Security Administration Commissioner's denial of benefits pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). The claimant appeals the Commissioner's decision and asserts that the Administrative Law Judge ("ALJ") erred in determining that she was not disabled. As discussed below, the decision of the Commissioner is hereby REVERSED...
