On April 11, 2011, Walker Digital LLC ("plaintiff") filed the present patent infringement litigation against Fandango, Inc., Expedia, Inc., Amazon, Inc. ("Amazon"), eBay, Inc., American Airlines, Inc., and Zappos.com, Inc. ("Zappos") (collectively, the "defendants").
