This lawsuit arose from Plaintiffs' dissatisfaction with an Acura denominated as a "certified pre-owned" vehicle which is one current phrase used instead of "used car in good condition." I have no idea what the condition of the Plaintiffs' Acura was at the time of purchase. At this threshold (arguably a pre-threshold) stage the only dispute is which forum shall hear the case...
