Presently before the court is a motion to vacate, set aside or correct sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §2255 filed by Frederick Neal ("petitioner"). Also pending is petitioner's motion to reduce sentence pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §3582 (c) (2).
