Plaintiff, Byron Simmons ("Simmons"), filed this action on June 10, 2011. He alleges that his former employer, Science International Applications Corp. ("SIAC"), discriminated against him based on his race and retaliated against him in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq.
