This matter comes before the Court on plaintiff-counterclaim defendants Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota, Inc.'s (collectively "Graco") motion for summary judgment on all counterclaims asserted by defendant-counterclaimants, Denis S. Commette ("Mr. Commette") and Gama Machinery USA, Inc. ("Gama").
