On May 23, 2001, appellant Sonia Marie Cole ("Cole"), filed this appeal from a final judgment of the Bankruptcy Court. By Order dated November 29, 2001, the Court dismissed Cole's appeal for failure to prosecute pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 41 (b).
