On June 4, 2010, Antonio Guerrero, ("Guerrero" or the "Defendant") was found guilty of two counts of intentional murder while engaged in a drug trafficking crime, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 848(e)(1)(A). For the reasons set forth below, Guerrero will be sentenced to 25 years' imprisonment and five years' supervised release on each count, with the sentences to run concurrently.
