This matter came before the Court on December 7, 2011, for a Supplemental Markman Hearing to construe the claim term "being compressingly contained" in the second limitation of Claim 83 and in dependent Claims 72 and 73 of U.S. Patent No. 5,5158,377 (`377 Patent) issued to Plaintiffs (collectively referred to as Seiko Epson).1
