This case arises out the termination of Plaintiff Ana Arenas' employment with Defendant L'Oreal USA Products. Inc. ("L'Oreal"). On September 28, 2009, Ms. Arenas filed a Complaint in New Jersey Superior Court, Middlesex County, which was removed to this Court on February 17, 2010. The Complaint alleged that her termination was motivated by age discrimination in violation of the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination...
