MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

The above-entitled action was removed from state court by defendants Claudio Ballard and DataTreasury Corporation ("DTC"). Plaintiffs move to remand the action back to state court. For the reasons that follow, plaintiffs' motion is granted and the case is remanded back to state court.1
