In this action, Plaintiff Owen Riess asserts that Defendant Messerli & Kramer, P.A. ("M&K"), a debt-collection firm, violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq. ("FDCPA"), abused legal process, and engaged in deceit or collusion in the course of its attempts to collect his debt. M&K now moves to dismiss Riess's claims...
