Petitioner Sunskar Ltd. ("Sunskar") brings this action to compel CDII Trading, Inc. ("CDII") and China Direct Industries Inc. ("China Direct") to arbitrate pursuant to a charter party (the "Charter Party") it purports to have made with the respondents on or around January 23, 2011.
