OPINION

IRENAS, Senior District Judge:

Plaintiffs initiated this action under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA"), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq., to recover additional pension benefits they were allegedly deprived of due to a failure to implement an updated mortality table.1 Pending before the Court is Defendants' Motion to Dismiss the Complaint.
