Plaintiffs Shannon Graham, Jason Street, and all others similarly situated ("Plaintiffs") have sued Defendant Town & Country Disposal of Western Missouri, Inc., for violation of the Federal Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201-219 (2006).
