TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER

BROWN, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion (#2) for a Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction.

For the reasons that follow, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff's Motion to the extent that the Court TEMPORARILY RESTRAINS Defendants from proceeding with the February 28, 2011, foreclosure sale of Plaintiff's property.
