In the fall of 2010, the Court learned that Defendant Thomas Ritz ("Thomas") had not been receiving communications related to this case. Accordingly, in November 2010, the Court set aside the summary judgment ruling against Thomas to allow him to respond to the Government's Motion for Summary Judgment (Docket No. 79).
