This longstanding action arises out of the alleged breach of a marine insurance policy between National Casualty Company (hereinafter "NCC"), the insurer, and Lockheed Martin (hereinafter "Lockheed"), the insured. After a multi-week trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of Lockheed, see Doc. No. 252, and the Court entered final judgment soon thereafter, see Doc. No. 261...
