Two related motions are pending before the Court: Defendant's motion to dismiss the original Complaint, Doc. No. 9, and Plaintiffs motion for leave to file an Amended Complaint, Doc. No. 20. The Court has reviewed the entire record and finds that no hearing is necessary. See D.MD. LOC. R. 105(6) (2010).
