Before the Court is Defendant Postmaster General John E. Potter's (hereinafter, the "Postal Service") Motion for Summary Judgment on Plaintiff Regino Razote's (hereinafter, "Razote") disability discrimination, race and gender discrimination, and retaliation claims.
