AWS Assistance Corp. asks me to reconsider my ruling denying its motion for summary judgment on plaintiff Annastacia Alalade's sexual harassment claim. In particular, AWS contends that I was incorrect in holding that Alalade's prompt report to AWS about the single-instance harassment she suffered prevents AWS from satisfying the Ellerth/Faragher affirmative defense to that claim.
