The above-captioned plaintiffs ("Plaintiffs") prevailed in this civil-rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Pending before the Court is their renewed motion for attorney's fees pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1988(b) (Docket # 311).
