This case comes before the Court on the motions of Defendant Fredonia Bean ("Fredonia") and Defendant Flor Luis Washington ("Flor") for summary judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56 and the motions of Defendant Taqiyyah Abdullah Shakur ("Taqiyyah") to adopt the pleadings filed by Flor.
