Carolina Dinardi ("Dinardi") and Maya Swimwear Corp. ("Maya Agentina") (collectively "plaintiffs") filed this action against David McKinney ("McKinney"), Todd Ford ("Ford"), and Maya Swimwear LLC ("Maya USA") (collectively "defendants"), on January 15, 2011.
