This is a breach of contract action brought pursuant to this court's diversity jurisdiction. The parties entered into contractual agreements pursuant to which Defendant, LFC Capital, Inc. ("LFC"), leased medical equipment to Plaintiffs, S & L Birchwood, LLC and S & L Birchwood Realty, LLC (collectively "S & L"), for use in a residential health care facility.
