Plaintiffs Judith ("Judith") and Donald Pusey ("Donald") sue defendant Becton, Dickinson and Co. ("Becton") in this product liability action.1 Plaintiffs' claims arise out of a left breast expansion procedure performed upon Judith using a syringe Becton manufactured.
