MEMORANDUM OPINION

In this case, a former postal inspector brings suit against the U.S. Postal Service for alleged gender discrimination and retaliation. The defendant has moved to dismiss or, in the alternative, for summary judgment on the grounds that the plaintiff's suit is barred because she failed to exhaust administrative remedies.
