OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS' MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This is a pro se1 prisoner civil rights action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Pending are Defendants' motions for summary judgment. (D.E. 45, 46, 47). Plaintiff has not filed a response.2 For the reasons stated herein, Defendants' motions are granted.
