The jury trial in this case was interrupted in its eighth day on Monday, February 28, 2011. Then counsel for the defendant apparently arrived at the courthouse. At the time he was scheduled to continue the cross-examination of a witness called by plaintiff but associated with the defendant, he decided to see his attending physician.
