Currently pending before the Court is Defendants Louis B. Swartz and Swartz, Lovejoy & Associates, LLP's (collectively "Defendants") Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff Anatoly Yelin's ("Plaintiff") Complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6).
