Plaintiffs Manuel Allende and Vidal Espino brought this action against their former employer, Unitech Design, Inc. and its President and C.E.O., Chang Kon Hahn, pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act and New York Labor Law, for unpaid overtime wages.
