("Boathouse") brings suit against TigerLogic Corporation ("TigerLogic") for trademark infringement in the use of the mark POSTPOST, seeking injunctive relief and damages under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a) ("Lanham Act") (Count I) and Massachusetts common law (Count II).
