Wal-Mart Puerto Rico, Inc. ("Wal-Mart") has filed a motion to dismiss. (Docket No. 40.) Plaintiffs have filed an opposition. (Docket No. 47.) Eriee Gibson ("Gibson") has also filed a motion to dismiss. (Docket No. 51.) Plaintiffs have filed an opposition (Docket No. 54) and Gibson a reply. (Docket No. 61.)
