Pending before the Court are the following two motions filed by defendants Hock Chee Khoo and Thongsouk Soutavong: Motion to Exclude Images of the Wu Laptop and External Hard Drive (# 34) and Motion to Compel Government to Extend Use Immunity to Brian Emerson (# 40).
