Plaintiffs Joanne Kuchera ("Ms. Kuchera"), Gary Kuchera ("Mr. Kuchera") and Mary Williams ("Williams") bring suit against defendant Parexel International Corporation ("Parexel") for various common law claims and for violation of the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act, M.G.L. c. 93A.
