OPINION & ORDER [Resolving Doc. Nos. 22, 23]

JAMES S. GWIN, District Judge:

In this employee benefits case, the parties file cross-motions for judgment on the administrative record. [Doc. 22; Doc. 23.] Both motions are opposed. [Doc. 24.; Doc. 25.] The Defendants also seek judgment on their counter-claim. [Doc. 23.] For the foregoing reasons, the Court GRANTS the Plaintiff's motion and GRANTS IN PART
